Here is how to order any item for sale on this site, including dolls, miniatures, bears, ribbonwork, vintage or antique dolls, my vintage and modern ribbon, lace and trim sample cards. 1. CREDIT CARDS: You can order most items
at this site by using our Secure Credit card order checkout system via www.katherinescottage.com,
our sister site. Just click on the
applicable box to add your item to your order, and follow the directions! We accept
Visa and Master Card as well as PayPal. NO orders will be processed or
considered final until YOU receive a confirmation e-mail from us stating whether
or not the item is in stock (the first e-mail is just a computer generated thank
you which lets you know that we did receive your order). 2. FOR PHONE ORDERS USING CREDIT CARD, MONEY ORDER, OR CHECK ORDERS: If you wish to place a phone order, please e-mail me with your phone number, and I will return your call during business hours, from 9am to 5pm pst, or you can call between 10 and 5pm Tuesday through Saturday at 530-898-9400. (new number!) 3. TO E-MAIL AN ORDER, e-mail at: we also accept checks and personal money orders. AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ORDER: I will e-mail you back (or phone you, if you don't have an e-mail address) to confirm that the item is still available. For e-mail orders, I will give you your total, including shipping and handlng. Shipping: I ship items within 1 business day for a credit card purchase, within 3 business days of receipt of money orders, or within 5 business days of clearance of your personal check. Purchaser pays shipping (generally by priority mail), insurance, and a $1 handling fee. California residents, please add 7 1/4% sales tax, unless you have a tax exemption number with which you can provide me and a signed reseller card for our files. Overseas Customers: Overseas customers must pay by credit card, in US dollars, or international money order, in US dollars, and may choose either surface or air mail; I will give you an estimate of how long the package will take.
